Dry Needling

Dry Needling is a treatment that involves very thin needles being pushed through the skin to stimulate a trigger point. This technique may release tight muscle bands associated with trigger points and lead to decreased pain and improved function. Certified Physical Therapists must complete 50 hours of training to perform this treatment technique.
