Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) tears are a common and serious result of athletic injuries. PTCOS and PTCOB offer a free screening to categorize the athletes’ risk level for ACL injury. After the screening, the athlete will be told if they have a high, medium, or low likelihood of injury. The athlete will be given an appropriate exercise regimen to decrease their potential risk of ACL injury. This screen is appropriate for athletes between the ages 12 to 18. The screen and categorization is consistent with the Cincinnati Sports Medicine model.
